As the Business Unit Lead, you will be responsible for driving the success of a key business unit within Expert Thinking.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the business unit, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Microsoft Partners to drive collaboration and growth.
- Developing and executing strategies to expand the business unit’s market presence and revenue streams.
- Overseeing the delivery of cloud consultancy services, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Managing a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Monitoring industry trends and identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Ensuring the business unit meets financial targets and operational KPIs.
Must -Have:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a cloud consultancy, MSP, or similar environment.
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Partners, including managing relationships and driving joint initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and services, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a remote-first environment is highly desirable.
