Main responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow compliance frameworks and infrastructure, shaping the company's compliance and risk assessment.
- Proactively identify emerging legislation, ensuring business wide appropriate regulatory conduct.
- Develop relationships with regulators and relevant authorities.
- Proactively drive Compliance culture across the business.
- Build and monitor the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
Ideally, you will have the following experience:
- 3-6 years experience and knowledge in regulatory compliance and corporate governance within insurance in the UK.
- Strong, proactive business and commercial acumen.
- Excellent project management and policy management.
- Excel in a dynamic, challenging environment.
