Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyse, and respond to security events using SOC and SIEM tools.
- Implement and manage security measures, including DLP, IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Conduct threat analysis and manage anti-malware tools, sandbox environments, and vulnerability scanners.
- Oversee email security protocols to safeguard against phishing and other threats.
- Perform proactive threat hunting and incident response to mitigate security risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security awareness and protocols.
- Proven experience in cyber security, preferably within financial services.
- Hands-on expertise with SOC, SIEM, DLP, IPS, Endpoint Protection, and anti-malware tools.
- Familiarity with sandbox environments, vulnerability scanners, and email security technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to financial services.
