A global accountancy and business advisory firm is looking for a Tax Valuations Director in London, Manchester or Birmingham and grow the team!

You’ll be someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and partners to help businesses effectively.

As the Tax Valuations Director you will:
  • Develop and build long-lasting relationships with organisations in particular HMRC and other tax authorities in overseas jurisdictions
  • Manage your own tasks, as well as collaborate with others and communicate regularly with senior managers, directors, and partners to help businesses effectively.
  • Manage a portfolio and will be responsible for the timely completion and quality delivery of engagements.
  • Support the Partner with project work, build excellent relationships, initiate and deliver marketing and business development projects and work with the senior members of the Regional Valuation Team in developing the business.
  • Deliver comprehensive technical valuation analyses for a tax purposes. You’ll effectively manage your team during engagements and ensure they are developed, providing coaching.

You’ll be someone who has:
  • A professional qualification; CTA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent.
  • Significant Tax experience at a senior level gained within professional services
  • A proficiency in a number of valuation techniques
  • Adept interpreting financial statements in the context of valuations.
  • Strong business writing, analytical and excel modelling skills.
  • A proven track record in leadership, of managing and developing teams.
  • Effective communication skills, who builds trust and respect amongst senior leadership team
  • Commercial acumen with an understanding of the internal and external drivers of value for a given asset.
