Your Mission Join a global multinational in Antwerp as we embark on a major transformation towards a state-of-the-art 2.0 platform, where ERP plays a crucial role. Currently, we operate with around 40 different ERP systems, and the objective is to consolidate all affiliates onto Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a long-term journey that requires expertise, innovation, and strategic execution.
To support this transformation, we are looking for a D365 Expert in HR modules to join our Commercial Off-the-Shelf team and contribute to the "ERP for HR" project.
Your Responsibilities
β Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 FO HRM solutions.
β Strong knowledge of key HR modules, including:

Your Responsibilities
- Analyze existing systems and business models to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Recommend improvements and resolutions to optimize HR processes.
- Provide consolidated findings on system components and processes.
- Ensure security best practices are implemented by design.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation.
- Offer advanced technical support for HR components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues before and after testing phases.
β Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 FO HRM solutions.
β Strong knowledge of key HR modules, including:
- Fundamentals, Compensation Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Case Management, Performance Management, Competency Management, LMS integration, and Payroll interfacing.
β Broad IT knowledge, with experience in: - Microsoft products & technologies
- Cloud architecture and Microsoft Azure
β A hands-on approach with a "can-do" attitude.
β Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
β Detail-oriented and structured in your work.
β Strong credibility and ability to influence and convince stakeholders.
β A dynamic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
β Fluent in English (Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus).
