My growing AI stealth start-up is looking for a passionate and driven CTO/Head of Software Engineering to grow and scale the development function of the business.
Responsibilities:
- You'll blend your deep domain and technical expertise to deliver technology solutions
- Grow and lead the technology team
- Ensure we have a clear future plan for the system architecture
- Work with business stakeholders to better understand the landscape and to spot new opportunities for growth
- Own the technology culture
- Supply critical technical feedback to the financial investment process to obtain funding for key solution opportunities
- Self-motivated and capable of driving delivery in a new business area
- Experience in a wide range of Frontend and Backend technologies
- Good experience with Python
- Experience with AI Technologies or a strong desire to upskill in this space
- Strong experience leading technology teams and growing out functions within a Start-up or Scale-up organisation.
- Strong capabilities for working with and influencing 3rd party providers
- Appreciation of how to use technology to deliver business change
