Currently partnering with a Global US-Listed Client within the Entertainment and Gaming Industry - they are looking to expand their Internal Audit team and are seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join. You will have the chance to report directly to the Global Head of Internal Audit, your responsibilities will include supervising the Internal Audit Team Members in Planning and Executing the Internal Audit Plan. In addition, you will help support the leadership team with Strategic Audit Decisions and aid in Audit Committee Meetings.

Your Responsibilities:
- Support the Development of the Internal Audit plan and Conduct Risk assessments
- Evaluate Internal Controls and Processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide recommendations for process improvements
- Prepare detailed about reports with findings, recommendations and action plans
- Present to senior management
- Lead, mentor and develop the internal audit team
Your Qualifications:
- 7-12 years of Audit experience in either the Big 4 or Internal Audit
- Focus within the Financial Services sector
- Strong knowledge in both Financial and Operational Audits
- Experience leading projects and mentoring teams
