They are seeking a skilled Security Officer to be a key player in our security team. In this role, you will carry out security monitoring, ensuring that all follow-up actions are executed efficiently. You will collaborate regularly with Product Owners, Operational Risk Management (2nd line), and other departments to maintain a comprehensive approach to security.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Monitor security protocols and ensure timely follow-up on actions taken.
- Liaise effectively with various departments to strengthen our security framework.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the organization’s cyber resilience.
- Facilitate penetration tests and audits, ensuring that findings are promptly addressed.
- Conduct vulnerability management and perform hardening & patch management scans, providing detailed reports.
- Manage Identity Access Management (IAM) tools, ensuring effective access controls for regular and privileged accounts (RBAC and PAM/HPA).
- Provide both solicited and unsolicited advice to management and IT specialists regarding best practices.
- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations, including EBA guidelines, DORA, and GDPR compliance.
- Proven experience in a security-focused role, preferably within a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance regulations.
- Familiarity with penetration testing, vulnerability management, and IAM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
