Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance to the team’s inquiries regarding technical issues
- Overseeing IT/ICT risk management, Information security policies and procedures
- Setting up, maintaining and monitoring performance and security of their European infrastructure
- Preparing and submitting regulatory reporting working with Compliance and Risk departments
Essential Skills:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment required
- Knowledge or prior exposure to Information Security ICT Risk management
- Experience collaborating with the Compliance team
- A familiarity or genuine interest in crypto and blockchain technology is desirable
