Responsibilities:
- Advising businesses on a variety of employment law matters.
- Support the likes of restructurings, individual dismissals, and M&A employment considerations to compensation & benefits and workplace privacy
- Represent clients in Belgian courts of law, enhancing your litigation skills.
Requirements:
- You hold a Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university, qualified to practice law in Belgium.
- Ambitious, results-oriented, and a true team player.
- As either a native Dutch or French speaker with a strong understanding of the other language.
- You’re fluent in English.
