Core Responsibilities:
- Proactively update and monitor risk management frameworks.
- Develop and maintain risk assessments and controls.
- Support and promote risk awareness across the business, supporting wider compliance.
- Assist on assignments in ESG.
Ideal requirements:
- 4+ years experience in non-financial risk in financial services.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in a smaller organisation, driving change and influence.
- English and Dutch speaking (essential)
- Full right to work in the Netherlands.
