Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cutting-edge AI research to advance our technological capabilities.
- Produce high-quality documentation and prepare detailed presentations and demos for clients' products and solutions.
- Publish first-author research papers in leading conferences and journals such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, AAAI, ACL, STOC, IEEE TPAMI, IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TSP, IEEE TIP, Information Fusion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute a comprehensive research agenda.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages including Python, Java, C, and C++.
- Research Excellence: At least one first-authored publication in top-tier conferences and journals such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, AAAI, EMNLP, ACL, IEEE TPAMI, IEEE TNNLS, IJCV, and JMLR.
- AI Expertise: Experience and demonstrated output in personalised efficient AI research, including continual learning, few-shot learning, domain adaptation, etc., particularly in Computer Vision.
- Generative AI: Experience in generative AI for text and image processing and/or other AI NLP tasks is highly appreciated.
- Hands-on experience with software libraries and toolboxes such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, SciKits, Kaldi, OpenCV, and CUDA.
- Relevant work experience as an intern or researcher in an R&D lab in academia or industry.
- Ability to design and execute a research agenda effectively.
