A leading name in the manufacturing industry is kicking off a major greenfield transformation programme, and we're looking for a Senior Business Architect to play a critical role in shaping and delivering the future-state business architecture.
You’ll be working closely with the Chief Architect, helping to build out a new business architecture capability from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to drive strategic change, define capability models, and embed structured thinking across a large, complex organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define, design, and evolve the target business architecture aligned to enterprise strategy.
- Lead capability modelling, value stream mapping, and business process design.
- Use BPMN to map and optimise end-to-end processes, particularly within the CRM domain.
- Partner with IT, product, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and clarity across initiatives.
- Bring a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset to ensure outcomes are actionable and valuable.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Architect, ideally within enterprise-scale change programmes.
- Expertise in CRM business processes and customer engagement models – essential.
- Strong knowledge of business process modelling, including hands-on experience with BPMN.
- Confident working in greenfield or ambiguous environments, with a practical approach to architecture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.
- Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with tools like LeanIX and Signavio – nice to have.
