My leading Financial Services Client is seeking an experienced Senior CCaaS Engineer to join team based in Amsterdam. The role focuses on the development and enhancement of Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) platforms, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and tools like NICE CXone, Genesys, Azure API Gateway, and REST APIs. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of cloud-based customer experience solutions in a financial services setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain CCaaS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Implement and optimize DevOps practices for efficient deployment and operation of CCaaS platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and deploy solutions using NICE CXone and Genesys.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, focusing on Azure API Gateway and REST API integrations.
  • Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Support and troubleshoot CCaaS solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in developing and managing CCaaS platforms, with expertise in NICE CXone and/or Genesys.
  • Strong knowledge of API development and integration, particularly with REST APIs and Azure API Gateway.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure, is essential.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
