I am currently partnering with a leading cryptocurrency exchange in their search for a Senior Compliance Product Manager to join their dynamic team.
This is a great opportunity in which you will use your knowledge of compliance regulations to build world-class compliance products.
As a Senior Product Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing compliance products and systems, and identify enhancement opportunities for both existing and potential new solutions
- Developing and liaising with compliance and internal stakeholders to build compliance product solutions
- Evaluating and improving compliance product performance by tracking key metrics and notifications
- Supervising project progression of respective teams and ensure all stakeholders are updated on the latest status
- Formulating and employ processes and procedures for tasks associated with regulator product operation, incident management, reporting, and communication
Ideally, you will have the following experience:
- Over 8 years of experience in Compliance/Risk related product management roles, preferably in Finance or Technology industry. 2+ years of leadership experience
- Web3 Compliance and AI applications in Compliance Product experience is an added bonus
- Strong understanding of Compliance, KYC and AML
- Proven track record in launching Compliance features products
- Proficiency in agile development, and data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English
