Senior IT Security Auditor
Amsterdam - Hybrid - Manufacturing
€75K (Base Salary) + Benefits + Bonus
Apollo Solutions is partnered with a leading manufacturing company based out of Amsterdam who are searching for an experienced IT Auditor to join their team. This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the business and develop your career both within Internal Audit and the wider group.
As an IT Security Auditor for my client, you will be responsible for driving continues improvement in the IT Systems and the robustness of security controls within the organisation. With this, you will gain exposure to topics such as SOX, IT Governance and Cyber Security.
Job requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Computer science, Information Systems Management etc.)
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC or CEH are preferred
• 3+ years’ experience developed as IT Systems Security professional or infrastructure controls auditing
• Experience in SOX IT testing, IT governance, internal controls evaluation, GDPR compliance and ISO-IEC 27001
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Successful candidates would be expected to remain with IA for approximately 2 years before transferring to/re-joining the business.
Responsibilities:
▪ Individually or working as part of a team, plan and carry out multi scope reviews of operational and IT controls relevant for the company financials
▪ Perform IT security audits across global locations to assess risks and vulnerabilities
▪ Devise practical solutions, offer advice and guidance and co-ordinate the reporting of issues that arise during audits/reviews to promote improvements to IT risk management and internal processes
▪ Work with IT teams to enhance cybersecurity strategies and mitigate risks.
▪ Use audit software to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of audits
▪ Carry out special project work as required
▪ Liaise and build relationships with senior group and operating company management on issues and solutions
