Key Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow SecOps Development: Configure and manage ServiceNow Security Operations modules, including Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence.
- Security Automation: Design and implement automated workflows to enhance threat detection and incident response.
- Risk Management: Proactively monitor and manage security risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with IT, security, and business teams to develop solutions that meet both security and business requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute enhancements to optimize performance, security, and scalability of the ServiceNow SecOps platform.
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proven expertise with ServiceNow Security Operations modules.
- Security Knowledge: Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001, and experience in areas like vulnerability management, incident response, or threat intelligence.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow SecOps certifications, CISSP, CCSP, GCIH, GIAC (SANS), CCNP, Splunk certifications, or related security/network engineering qualifications.
